Into The Still Blue (Under the Never Sky #3)

Author: Veronica Rossi
Goodreads Rating: 4.31
Pages: 400
Format: ARC from NYCC13

The earth-shattering conclusion to Veronica Rossi's "masterpiece" Under the Never Sky trilogy and sequel to the New York Times bestsellingThrough the Ever Night (Examiner.com).
Their love and their leadership have been tested. Now it's time for Perry and Aria to unite the Dwellers and the Outsiders in one last desperate attempt to bring balance to their world.
The race to the Still Blue has reached a stalemate. Aria and Perry are determined to find this last safe-haven from the Aether storms before Sable and Hess do-and they are just as determined to stay together.
Meanwhile, time is running out to rescue Cinder, who was abducted by Hess and Sable for his unique abilities. And when Roar returns to camp, he is so furious with Perry that he won't even look at him, and Perry begins to feel like they have already lost.
Out of options, Perry and Aria assemble a team to mount an impossible rescue mission-because Cinder isn't just the key to unlocking the Still Blue and their only hope for survival, he's also their friend. And in a dying world, the bonds between people are what matter most.
In this final book in her stunning Under the Never Sky trilogy, Veronica Rossi raises the stakes to their absolute limit and brings her epic love story to an unforgettable close.

What another fantastic series finale. I really loved Perry and Aria through the entire series because unlike so many other series, they stated together through out, even when life to tough. If you recall the last book ended on a huge cliffhanger with Reverie having fallen, Hess running away to join the Horns, and Cinder was kidnapped by that bitch Kirra and Aria and Perry were reunited after much fighting and troubles.

This book picks up a few days after the last book ended, and we learn how things have changed not only for the Tides and the Dwellers, but all around. I wish that we had gotten to see a little more interaction between the Tides and the Dwellers, but clearly tensions are high and everyone is trying to figure out what the fuck to do.

We have mostly familiar faces in this book, but some of them are back after not having seen them, like Soren which was really exciting. He is a great character that added an interesting dynamic to the group. This book really plays with your feels when you meet characters and learn more about them, like learning more about Sable and Hess and even Aria.

I'm so bummed that the series has ended, and I don't want to give away too much more of the plot, but know that the ending leaves you fulfilled and happy and ughh so many feels. Whatever Veronica Rossi writes. I will read it.
